Shipping policy

I will ship your items in 1-2 weeks time depending on the processing time for your items.  These are handmade at the time of purchase.  Ready to ship items will have a 3-5 business day processing time.

Items will be shipped by USPS.  Orders that are under 1 pound in weight will be sent First Class Mail (3-10 business days).  Any order totaling over 1 pound will be sent Priority Mail (2-5 business days).

 

I am not responsible for any mail delays.  All of my items are sent with a tracking number that is emailed to the customer once shipped.  Please refer to this tracking number to track your package. 

All of my packages are sent with insurance.  If there are any issues with your items due to the postal company, please send pictures so that I can file a claim.
