- Where can I find the font choices to personalize my items?
- Please click on the Font Choices link in the sidebar to view our fonts for names and for monograms.
- How long does it take for you to make the items that I purchased?
- Most items are made to order, with a processing time of 7-10 business days. I often ship sooner, but occasionally need the full window. Ready-to-ship items have a shorter 3-5 business day processing time and are noted in the product description.
- What if I need my items sooner?
- Need your order faster? Choose a RUSH option in the "Processing Speed" dropdown on any product page before adding it to your cart. Standard processing is 7-10 business days. RUSH — ships in 2-3 business days is +$15, and RUSH — ships next business day is +$25. Orders placed after 12pm CT are processed starting the next business day. Rush upgrades cover processing time only — shipping transit time is separate.
- How do I care for my handmade items?
- Most of my items should be hand washed only by itself and laid flat to dry. Those are my go to care instructions for items that you want to last a long time. I provide a color catcher with items that may have a high dye concentration as to protect the item from bleeding onto other items or itself. Please note that I will not replace or refund any items that are not laundered according to these instructions.
- Do you offer refunds and returns?
- For items that are personalized, I do not offer refunds or returns. For all of my personalized items, I will send you an email with a mockup of how your personalization will look. I will need you to approve this mockup for spelling and font choice before I will start stitching it out on the item. This is your chance to make any changes as you see fit. Once I have this approval, I will stitch out according to your instructions and there will be no changes or returns/refunds.
- For items that are not personalized, I offer exchange for store credit only. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to notify me of your intent. I must received the item back within 5 days of being notified in order to receive credit for the exchange. I must receive the item in unused, unwashed condition. To clarify, the item must be received in the same condition as it was sent it in.
